We want you to love your ritual, but if a formula isn't the right fit for your skin, we offer free returns on all orders within 90 days of purchase. Only items purchased directly from Tatcha.com are eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid USPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label, and drop the package at any authorized USPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days.
